Rental Rates:The Pelican Inn has eight identical self contained units available. Each unit sleeps up to 4 and is a 400 square foot studio with queen size bed and a sleep sofa or futon. There is a kitchen in each unit with full size refrigerator and stove, and deck with full Gulf view. There is a two night minimum stay, and discounts for longer stays. Unit prices are as follows:
- Two Nights : $300
- Three Nights: $395
- Four Nights $495
- Five nights: $595
- Six or Seven nights: $850
Cancellation Policy: $100 deposit per room is due at the time of booking. Deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs more than 30 days from reservation date. If booking is cancelled within 30 days of stay, your $100 will be "banked" and can be applied to a future stay.
